Canggu Villa Sandat - Luxury Bali Villa Rentals

All the water in the villa is filtered and safe to drink (shower, sinks etc). This was important for our family.

We built this villa for our surfing family of four. We do a full renovation annually.

It is located 400 meters from Deus Ex Machina in Canggu while also extremely quiet. You can walk to the beach, to restaurants, bars etc while still having a quiet and peaceful villa.

We include daily cleaning and 1 free airport transfers (with 6+ nights stays).

The space
We include daily villa cleaning by our villa attendant. He can also help you with laundry etc. We can also provide (upon request) a baby cot, baby bath, and high chair.

We have 2 bedrooms each with their en suite full bathroom.

However, the villa is small so we recommend it for 3 adults or fewer people.

The kitchen has an oven & dishwasher. It is well equipped with a toaster, tea kettle, pots, pans, knives , wine glasses, cooking tools etc. It has granite counter tops. We have a fridge and freezer.

We have a little plunge pool about 1.5m deep. There is also an outdoor shower and feet rinse area.

We have an outdoor day bed that has space for 2 adults.

We have a surfboard rack that fits 4 boards.

Our villa manager can organize for you rose petals, floating breakfast in the pool, and other things…

Guest access
The entire space is very private. None of the villa area, including the yard, is visible from other villas or properties. You will have full privacy.

The yard gate locks with a key as well.

For surf: Batu Bolong and Old Men are a 14min walk, 3 min by car/scooter. They have an inside for beginners, many surf schools, and an outside which while can get big ( 2x overhead) is quite mellow. Best at mid-tide.

The Lawn beach club is about 15 min walk as well.

Other things to note
Breakfast
We are happy to offer you breakfast for 100,000 IDR ( about $7). Please pick from our breakfast menu (see another document that was / will be shared with you around your arrival).

Outdoor shower
We have an outdoor shower. Feel free to enjoy the outdoor shower. In addition please do use it to wash the sand off before you enter the pool or the villa.

Villa manager
This is our little family villa. We live in New York. Therefore we are only available roughly during day-time New York time zone. We have organized a local villa manager and villa attendant who will be happy to help as you as needed.

Cleaning
Our villa attendant will come every morning. He will make you breakfast if you so wish and will clean the villa daily. If there are any non urgent maintenance problems please inform him or her.

Laundry
Our villa attendant will be happy to take any laundry you need done and get it washed. It usually takes 3-4 days for the laundry to come back. The attendant will provide you receipt so that you can give him cash, please in IDR, for the washing. It is typically inexpensive, around 30,000 IDR for a hamper full ( about 2 USD).

Driver with car
We include in our villa reservation the airport pickup and drop off (with 6+ nights stays). In addition we have a driver with nice cars who would be happy to be available for hire. He can be hired for ½ day, full day, full week or longer. Please discuss with the driver who picks you up from the airport if you wish to hire them, and hire and pay them directly please.

Villa water
To keep our family as safe as possible we have installed filtration for ALL the villa water. That means that the shower water, bathroom sink water, kitchen sink water are all fully filtered and rated as potable. We use it for everything except for drinking. We still recommend buying drinking water from the bottle just as an additional extra precaution.
