Canggu Villa Jepun

All villa water (showers, sink) is filtered and safe for drinking. This was important for our family.

We built this villa for our surfing family of four. Finished in June 2023. Brand new!

We include daily cleaning and 1 free airport transfer (with 6+ nights stays).

Walk to beach and everything Canggu offers. Yet convenient for Seminyak and all areas of Bali. Best Canggu area to avoid worst traffic.

We also have baby cot, baby bath, high chair and pool fence for free upon demand.

The space
We include daily villa cleaning depending on your availability and preferences by our villa attendant. Our villa manager schedules with you the cleaning at your convenience. He can also help you with laundry and other needs.

Fast wifi – 92 Mbps

The yard is fully private. No other villa can see into our yard. The villa has its own gated roof-covered parking area.

The villa has 2 bedrooms with queen beds. We also have a baby cot. Each bedroom has an en-suite private bathroom with a shower and skylight. Each bedroom has a 43-inch flat-screen screen smart-TV (LG brand). Each bedroom has a 120cm wide desk with a convenient plug for a laptop.

There is a kitchen/dining room/living room area with a gas 2-burner stove, full-size fridge, and all the basics. It is well equipped with a toaster, tea kettle, pots, pans, knives, wine glasses, cooking tools etc. It has cement counter tops. We have a fridge and freezer.

There is a private 10m long by 3m wide pool in the yard for your usage only and available 24 hours per day. 1/2 of the pool is about 1m deep and 1/2 is about 1.5m deep.

There is also an outdoor shower and feet rinse area.

The private parking area accommodates 2 cars and scooters and has a private metal sliding gate.

We have a surfboard rack that fits 4 boards.

Our villa manager can organize for you rose petals , floating breakfast in the pool, and other things…

Guest access
The entire space is very private. None of the villa area, including the yard, is visible from other villas or properties. You will have full privacy.

The yard gate locks with a key as well. The parking area has a metal rolling gate.

For beach/surf : Berawa Beach (in front of Finns Beach Club) is a 20-min walk/ 3 min by scooter. Batu Bolong and Old Men are 10min by scooter. They have an inside for beginners, many surf schools, and an outside which while can get big ( 2x overhead) is quite mellow. Best at mid-tide.

Finn’s beach club is about 20 min walk / 3 min by scooter. Atlas Club is 15 min walk / 3 min by scooter. Cafe Del Mar is 20 min walking, 3 min by scooter.

Other things to note
If you stay at least 6 nights with us we will pay for 1 airport pickup and 1 airport drop off. If you need more or if you stay shorter and would still like the transfer please organize directly with our drive who will be introduced to you by chat and pay him directly please .

Breakfast
We are happy to offer you breakfast for 100,000 IDR ( about $7). Please pick from our breakfast menu (see another document that was / will be shared with you around your arrival).

Outdoor shower
We have an outdoor shower. Feel free to enjoy the outdoor shower. In addition please do use it to wash the sand off before you enter the pool or the villa.

Villa manager
This is our little family villa. We live in New York. Therefore we are only available roughly during day-time New York time zone. We have organized a local villa manager and villa attendant who will be happy to help as you as needed.

Cleaning
Our villa attendant will come every morning. He will make you breakfast if you so wish and will clean the villa daily. If there are any non urgent maintenance problems please inform him or her.

Laundry
Our villa attendant will be happy to take any laundry you need done and get it washed. It usually takes 3-4 days for the laundry to come back. The attendant will provide you receipt so that you can give him cash, please in IDR, for the washing. It is typically inexpensive, around 30,000 IDR for a hamper full ( about 2 USD).

Driver with car
We include in our villa reservation the airport pickup and drop off (with 6+ nights stays). In addition we have a driver with nice cars who would be happy to be available for hire. He can be hired for ½ day, full day, full week or longer. Please discuss with the driver who picks you up from the airport if you wish to hire them, and hire and pay them directly please.

To keep our family as safe as possible we have installed filtration for ALL the villa water. That means that the shower water, bathroom sink water, kitchen sink water are all fully filtered and rated as potable. We use it for everything except for drinking. We still recommend buying drinking water from the bottle just as an additional extra precaution.

Canggu Villa Cempaka

It is located 400 meters from Deus Ex Machina in Canggu while also extremely quiet. You can walk to the beach, to restaurants, bars etc while still having a quiet and peaceful villa.

We include daily cleaning and 1 free airport transfers (with 6+ nights stays).

Internet is 70MB up/down

The space
We include daily villa cleaning by our villa attendant. He can also help you with laundry etc. We can also provide (upon request) a baby cot, baby bath, and high chair.

We have 2 bedrooms each with their en suite full bathroom.

However, the villa is small so we recommend it for 3 adults or fewer people.

The kitchen has an oven & dishwasher. It is well equipped with a toaster, tea kettle, pots, pans, knives , wine glasses, cooking tools etc. It has granite counter tops. We have a fridge and freezer.

We have a little plunge pool about 1.5m deep. There is also an outdoor shower and feet rinse area.

We have an outdoor day bed that has space for 2 adults.

We have a surfboard rack that fits 4 boards.

4. Ambu at Nirjhara, 12 min walk away – 5 star hotel and restaurant

The villa has 2 bedrooms with queen beds. We also have a baby cot. Each bedroom has an en-suite private bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom has a 43-inch flat-screen screen smart-TV . Each bedroom has a 120cm wide desk with a convenient plug for a laptop.

There is a kitchen/dining room/living room area with a gas 2-burner stove, full-size fridge, and all the basics. It is well equipped with a toaster, tea kettle, pots, pans, knives, wine glasses, cooking tools etc. It has cement counter tops. We have a fridge and freezer.

There is a private 10m long by 3m wide pool in the yard for your usage only and available 24 hours per day.

There is also an outdoor shower and feet rinse area.

Guest access
The entire space is full of lights and with amazing views of the rice fields (and the sea far away). We also have a roof terrace for amazing sunset views equipped with table and lounge area.

There are gardens and field views everywhere.

The yard gate locks with a key as well.

For beach/surf : Kedungu Beach is a 11-min walk/ 1 min by scooter. There are a few cafes and restaurants walking distance in Kedungu ( about 3 to 5 min walking).

Pereranan is 16 min by scooter or car.

Batu Bolong beach in Canggu and Old Men are 25min by scooter.

Other things to note
If you stay at least 6 nights with us we will pay for 1 airport pickup and 1 airport drop off. If you need more or if you stay shorter and would still like the transfer please organize directly with our drive who will be introduced to you by chat and pay him directly please.

Villa is 10 min walk from Kedungu Beach walking. 1 minute by scooter.

We chose the location of the villa to match what people imagine Bali to be. It is about 20-30 minutes away from Canggu, where you can find a lot of bars, restaurants and shops.

However while there are a handfull of amazing restaurants , cafes and bars walking distance, the villa is in a Balinese village, quiet, beautiful and charming, facing rice fields an with a sea view in the distance.
At sunrise you can see the rice paddies with the volcano in the background.
Sunset is just in front of the villas.

1. The best restaurant in Kedungu , Little Ripper, is 2 minutes away walking.
2. Downtown Kedungu ( Mexican restaurant) also 2 minutes.
3. Beach Love – an ocean front bean bag , with drinks and food, geared towards sunset viewing 10 minutes.
4. Ambu at Nirjhara, 12 min walk away – 5 star hotel and restaurant

We are happy to offer you breakfast for 100,000 IDR ( about $7). Please pick from our breakfast menu (see another document that was / will be shared with you around your arrival). However to be honest Little Ripper breakfast is by far the best in town an it is 2 min walk away.

Outdoor shower
We have an outdoor shower. Feel free to enjoy the outdoor shower. In addition please do use it to wash the sand off before you enter the pool or the villa.

Villa manager
This is our little family villa. We live in New York. Therefore we are only available roughly during day-time New York time zone. We have organized a local villa manager and villa attendant who will be happy to help as you as needed. They can help

 

Kendungu Villa Kenanga

We built this villa for our surfing family of four. Finished in October 2025. Brand new!

We include daily cleaning and 1 free airport transfer (with 6+ nights stays).

Walk to beach and everything Kedungu offers. Yet convenient for Canggu, Tanah Lot and all areas of Bali. Best area to avoid traffic and noise.

We also have baby cot, baby bath, high chair and pool fence for free upon demand.

The space
All our spaces ( living room, bedrooms etc ) are enclosed with windows / doors that can be opened. They all have Air Conditioning.

We include daily villa cleaning depending on your availability and preferences by our villa attendant. Our villa manager schedules with you the cleaning at your convenience. He can also help you with laundry and other needs.
